Note on Four of the hitmen
killed:
Three of the four–Brisa del
Mar, La Brisa; José Antonio, El Chupón, and José Omar, El Greco – had been
apprehended last week by the same SSP. However, a regional judge released them
for lack of evidence and violations in the detention procedure. Last night they
were killed by state police.

The bodies of three men were
found on a dirt road that leads to the Martínez de la Torre garbage dump, in
the north of Veracruz.
An anonymous call notified law
enforcement authorities of the macabre discovery. The bodies were half naked
and with apparent signs of torture. Elements of the Public Security Secretariat
( SSP ) and the National Guard (GN) arrived at the site to establish a security
fence.
The victims were preliminarily
identified as Benjamín Á., Víctor MS and another identified as Hansel M.
In a different event, in the
coastal area of
Palma Sola, elements of the
Secretariat of Public Security had a strong confrontation last night with a
cell of the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generaci
ón (CJNG).
There, four hit men were killed.
Three of the latter –Brisa del
Mar, La Brisa; José Antonio, El Chupón, and José Omar, El Greco – had been
apprehended last week by the same SSP. However, a regional judge released them
for lack of evidence and violations in the detention procedure. Last night they
were killed by state police.

This criminal cell – according to
an internal SSP report – operated in the municipalities of Emiliano Zapata, La
Antigua, Puente Nacional, Actopan and Alto Lucero.
n the case of La Brisa, it appears
within the investigation folder 118/2020 / FGE in the Special Prosecutor’s
Office in the Search for Unaccompanied Persons, since his photograph is found
on one of the cell phones of five young people “kidnapped” by a
command last July 2.
In that case, Cedrick Abdiel Ramírez Aguilar, 19; Iván Aurelio
Aguilar Villa, 26 years old; Marco Javier Reyes, 30 years old; Mario Figueroa
Domínguez and Iván de Jesús Sosa Lagunes, both 32 years old, went to  the “Michelucas” bar, located 39 kilometers
from the center of Xalapa.
They rode a taxi to the bar together, but when they left the
place they were “taken” in two different taxis.
The taxi (plates XL-4533) in which they went to the bar “Michelucas” in Cerro Gordo would appear robbed in the Chichicaxtle
congregation, 20 kilometers from there and already very close to the
municipality of Puente Nacional.
A criminal corridor that for a decade belonged to the Los
Zetas criminal organization, but today is a region controlled by Cartel Jalisco
Nueva Generación.
