An armed criminal cell burns 22 houses and 7 vehicles in Madera, Chihuahua
Prosecutor Jesús Manuel Carrasco reported that there are preliminary reports of deceased people after the attack, although he did not specify the number of victims, according to the Diario de Chihuahua.
An armed criminal cell aboard dozens of vehicles burned 22 houses and 7 vehicles on Thursday night in the Las Pomas community, in the municipality of Madera, in Chihuahua, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) reported.
In a statement, the FGE said that 14 of the burning houses were located in the lower part of Las Pomas, while 8 were in the upper areas.

According to versions from local inhabitants, about 50 vehicles with armed men on board stormed the town, the Diario de Chihuahua reported.
For its part, the FGE added that military and state elements made tours in the area to find those responsible, so far no arrests have been reported.
